This cookbook, "COOKING FOR ONE IT'S A PIECE OF SAUCE" is written for the novice cook.  It's purpose is to give the reader as many shortcuts as possible while cooking.  It contains over fifty select recipes that are nutritious with most being easy to prepare.  Each recipe has a "difficulty scale" and a list of kitchen utensils needed for its preparation.  That should be a big help for the novice cook.

Let us start with my favorite spaghetti sauce.  This recipe is a little spicy.  You may want to cut down on the garlic powder and oregano but try it this way first.  It may seem like this recipe is big enough to feed an entire football team.  You will see this is how  “Cooking For One It’s A Piece Of Cake Sauce” really does apply.  See page 18 for the recipe "My Favorite Spaghetti Sauce" and page 26 for the section on how to cook pasta,  Also see the section about   "PREPARATION FOR FREEZING" on page 10.
